Confirmation...I am injured.
If things go as they did last time it will take a few weeks of reduced loading to get the area to calm down. Not that big of a deal. Next years races are still far away and not yet signed up for.
Started working on stretching and mobility to help easy the pain in my knee as well as loosen up the hamstring that seems to be causing the tension on that area of the knee.
Plan is to attempt to run as I can and monitor for flare ups.

Tuesday: 1:15 Minutes Base - 8.01 Miles
Wednesday: Missed
Thursday: Missed
Friday: Missed
Saturday: Hike - 7.36 Miles
Sunday: 1:15 Minutes Easy - 8.0 Miles
